Nate Birt is the founder of Silver Maple Strategies, a social impact consulting company. He helps purpose-driven leaders accelerate massive social impact goals through strategic planning and implementation, personalized coaching and public speaking. Nate is a senior adviser to Trust In Food™, the sustainability division of Farm Journal. He has helped organizations successfully design social impact strategy across Fortune 500 companies, global environmental nonprofits and government agencies to secure more than $45 million in funding. Nate and his wife, Dr. Julie Birt, operate a small farm outside of St. Louis, Mo., with their four children.
